Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work

All services will be performed as described in the approved estimate. Any additional work or changes requested by the customer may incur extra charges.

Included in Price

• Complete cleanup and haul-away of all debris after the job

• Protection of your property using ropes, mats, and other safety measures

• All dump fees and travel time are covered—no hidden charges

• Work performed by a fully insured crew with general liability coverage for your peace of mind

Not Included (Available at Additional Cost)

• Stump grinding

• Firewood stacking

• Removal of debris/logs not generated by T&B Services

Scheduling & Access

• All scheduled work is subject to change due to weather, equipment breakdowns, or emergencies. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is required. T&B Services is not liable for delays caused by these factors.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to help us accommodate other customers.

• Customers must provide clear and safe access to the work area, including removing vehicles, pets, valuables, or other obstacles that could interfere with the job. Please ensure gates, fences, or pathways are open and accessible on the scheduled day.

• T&B Services is not responsible for damage to property or vehicles obstructing the work zone. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us complete your job safely and efficiently.

Estimate Terms

• All estimates are valid for 60 days from the date issued.

• Prices are based on the scope of work as outlined in the estimate. If the project scope changes or unforeseen issues are discovered during the job, the price may be adjusted accordingly. We will notify you promptly of any changes and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is due upon completion of work and receipt of invoice.

• Check (payable to T&B Services)

• Online payment link (a processing fee applies)

• Customers may apply for financing to help manage larger projects

Late Fees

• Invoices unpaid after 7 days from the invoice date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) applied to the unpaid balance until paid in full.

• Late fees are not compound—only applied to the original balance.

Property & Safety

• T&B Services takes reasonable precautions to protect your property during all work. However, minor equipment-related marks, such as those on lawns, may occur and cannot be completely avoided. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, turf, landscaping, or other property caused by the weight of our equipment unless negligence can be proven.

• Customers are responsible for marking or informing us of any underground hazards, including but not limited to sprinkler systems, septic lines, or irrigation components.

• If unsafe conditions are present, T&B Services reserves the right to delay or halt work until the site is deemed safe.

• For everyone’s safety, customers and pets must remain clear of the work area until our crew confirms it is safe to return.

Insurance & Liability

• T&B Services carries general liability insurance to protect your property during the course of our work. Please note that we do not carry workers’ compensation insurance. All work is performed by the business owners or independent contractors.

• T&B Services is not liable for delays or damages resulting from weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
